The South-Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN) commissioned SenateSHJ to conduct a benchmark survey for their medical and allied health providers and support staff.
The purpose of the survey was to determine levels of engagement and satisfaction with the SEMPHN services targeted at this stakeholder cohort.
The survey achieved a 20% response rate, with over 300 stakeholders participating in the online survey which took place in May 2021.
A key reason SenateSHJ was engaged for this task was the to ensure this benchmark survey was designed and set up suitably so SEMPHN could replicate it in future to track progress over time.
The benchmark findings provided valuable insights about perceptions and experiences with SEMPHN from key stakeholder groups including General Practitioners (GPs), Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, SEMPHN Funded Service Providers and other Allied Health professionals.
Segmentation analysis revealed three distinct groups, highlighting differing views and opinions among SEMPHN stakeholders which helped inform future marketing and communications strategy.
