Engagement is connecting with someone, or a group, in a way in which they feel comfortable listening and sharing their lived experience and views with you. This usually includes the local community, employees or an organisation’s external stakeholders.
To do this well, you need to be good with people, and you also need strategic communication skills, change management insights and reputation management credentials.
Our people bring all of these skills sets to our engagement work. We engage well and in doing so, we elevate the reputation of our clients. We design engagement strategies and deliver them with care and sophistication.
We engage all pockets of the community including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, people living with a disability, inner city, regional and rural communities, the LGTQIA+ community, multicultural communities including non-English speaking communities, refugees and asylum seekers.
We also engage at an industry level with stakeholders including government agencies, peak bodies, professional bodies, health consumers, regulators and so on.
