Glenn is an experienced cultural system professional who works with CEO’s and leadership teams to help them bring their one big project to reality. He helps individuals grow and teams integrate, and he drives a process method for change and innovation success.
Glenn has developed his systems and leadership expertise through his involvement with incubators, global start-ups, local and international private sector organisations, and government institutions. He has held senior positions at Toyota Australia, Kodak and Australia Post.
Glenn is a Director of Furthercraft. He advises executives on new ways of learning and thinking, along with energy intelligence. He is also a Director of BioQuisitive, Australia’s pre-imminent bio hack space, incubating learning and human development methods of the future.
He has a Masters in Positive Psychology from Melbourne University and a communications degree from RMIT university.
