Our client engaged us after it experienced a significant data breach when a file containing the records of over half a million people inadvertently became public. This release was a clear breach of privacy standards and threatened to compromise the organisation’s long-standing reputation.
Approach

The organisation took full responsibility for the incident and embarked on a comprehensive and proactive communication campaign, the media and stakeholders. This included extensive use of social media channels.
