Brendon advises clients in navigating change, establishing the right goals, operating models, priorities, and programs. He helps clients to understand and own their change experience, and to take the steps required to achieve meaningful change.
He is a highly sought after, skilled facilitator, who designs and facilitates programs in structured strategy, planning, and high stakes problem-solving. He also helps clients win the big, critical proposal and pitch opportunities. He provides ongoing coaching support for several client CEOs.
Brendon’s blend of expertise - communication and storytelling, finance and economics, planning and problem solving - and his experience advising clients in sectors such as professional services, central and local government, and sport and entertainment, means he brings a unique skill set to the formation of strategy and the design and delivery of change.
Brendon joined SenateSHJ in 2019, from PwC New Zealand where he was a Director of Consulting, advising clients in central and local government and the corporate sector. Previously he co-owned successful boutique advisory firm O’Connor Sinclair. He has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago. He facilitated the Strategy Essentials course at the New Zealand Institute of Directors (2013 to 2018) and was a Trustee of Sport Auckland (2013 to 2024).
