Julia is a Client Director in our Wellington office, providing communication and stakeholder engagement advice and support to a range of clients across the private and public sectors.
Julia joined SenateSHJ following four years in Parliament and the Beehive, most recently as a Senior Press Secretary for the Leader of the Opposition. She has also worked in a communications role for a senior Cabinet Minister.
Her expertise is strategic communications advice in dynamic and high-pressure environments. She has extensive experience in media and stakeholder management, working with politicians and officials, as well as in-depth knowledge of government systems.
Julia has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago in Media, Film and Communications with Honours in Communication Studies.
